Collection of Information

JOOM3D.COM and its affiliates collect and use your personal data such as your name, e-mail and other information in order to allow you benefit from all of the services offered by the Site and so to stay in compliance with legal obligations imposed by regulators. When you register on the Site, a personal and/or organizational account is created for you. Your email address will enable us, and other users of the Site to communicate with you.  

In your profile, you can also upload your picture. Please be informed that if you do so, your picture will be visible to the other users on our Website.

How Your Data is Protected

Personal data will be collected and treated in strict confidence and kept secure according to the "best available practice." Access to personal data will be restricted to a limited number of trusted Site administrators.

Access, Updates

Once you have entered your personal data onto the Site, you will have reasonable access to that information so you can update, modify or delete it. You may do this at any time by logging into your JOOM3D.COM account.  You are encouraged to keep your personal settings complete and current. By accessing your personal profile, you also may change your preferences on what specialized services you may wish to receive from the site such as newsletters, Blogs and Webinar invitations.  You can remove yourself and/or any information or design completely from the site at any time.

The Site will not sell, rent or license personal data to third parties. However, please be informed that personal data may be shared with other businesses such as Site service providers to enable them to provide their services to the Site or to users.  All service providers are legally bound to protect your personal data adequately.  They are not authorized to use personal data for any purpose not specifically authorized by JOOM3D.COM.

You should know that since the Internet is now global in scope, service providers may be located anywhere on the globe, therefore by ticking the box at the time of registration you agree that your personal information may be transferred from your home country to third parties located around the world.

You may choose to make certain details about yourself, such as your picture or nickname visible on the Site community.  We are not responsible for any personal data you choose to share on the online community since any personal data you share can be read, collected or used by other individuals in ways that the Site is unable to control or predict, such as to send you unsolicited emails.

We do not currently collect financial information, as that information is collected and stored by our third party payment processor. However, we may from time to time request and receive some of your financial information from our payment processor for the purposes of completing transactions you have initiated through the Site, protecting against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage the activities on the Site.

In some cases, Site assets may be bought or sold.  In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the transferred business assets.  Moreover, if it happens that the Site or a substantial portion of its assets are acquired, or if the Site ceases business operations or enters into bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that would be transferred or acquired by a third party. An IP Address is a unique identifier that electronic devices use to identify and communicate with each other on the Internet.
